Rick Forney was a pitcher and coach of the Winnipeg Goldeye's Baseball Team. This painting went up for auction at the game where I got to throw out the first pitch.

On Academy Road, Winnipeg there is a very distinct building that used to be a bowling alley. One day while passing a few people with very loud bowling shirts were being cheered by a crowd as they entered the building. Bowling Rock Stars?

Thursday Night Wrestling

Street Hockey

Every summer outside Mona Lisa Ristorante in Winnipeg a bocce league starts up. In the painting Mr Grande the father of Joe Grande (the owner) is measuring the distance of the balls to the Pallino (small white ball) though it might be blue in the picture.
