Bocce at The Yellow Store

Every summer outside Mona Lisa Ristorante in Winnipeg a bocce league starts up. In the painting Mr Grande the father of Joe Grande (the owner) is measuring the distance of the balls to the Pallino (small white ball) though it might be blue in the picture.

Carbon Tax

20 " X 16" acrylic on board

The black ball symbolizes the carbon tax. The man underneath it is the average Canadian who feels the burden of tax thanks to Justin Trudeau. Our children can't buy homes, our food prices are high and yet you persist in what you are doing. The people with their handouts are the Liberals who burden the population with their non-common sense policies.

Years ago at the Holiday Inn, South Pembina Hwy, Winnipeg aspiring wrestlers would assemble for the Royal Rumble. Hopefully the top combatants would move up the pro-wrestling ladder. (also seen in Sports)

Saint Dieter and the Cats
20" X 24" Oil on Canvas
My good friend Dieter has an extremely kind heart when it comes to animals. One year he found two black stray cats outside a Cuban Mercado. They were skinny and underfed. By the time two weeks were up he had two fat happy cats. I switched the spelling to Mer'gato' as gate means cat in Spanish.

My Hockey Life

Angels For The Homeless

Marg's Delivery
